Updating Directly from Travelport Marketplace

Travelport Marketplace is Travelport's e-commerce exchange, which provides access the latest travel software created by Travelport and our Travelport Developer Network members.

With Travelport Marketplace, you can download and install custom plug-ins and other solutions specific to your agency. Your Agency Administrator is able to assign custom solutions to individual travel agents, PCCs, or agency groups via Marketplace.

If automatic updates are unavailable or not enabled, you can go directly to Travelport Marketplace at to download and install plug-ins.

Note: Travelport Smartpoint is available for installation from Travelport Marketplace if your Travelport Smartpoint Administrator has ordered the update for your agency.

To download from Travelport Marketplace:

To access Travelport Smartpoint installations from Travelport Marketplace:

  1. Go to www.travelportmarketplace.com.

  1. Click Sign In to enter your user name and password.

Tips!

  • You can use your ASK Travelport/My Travelport user name and password.
  • If you do not have a user name and password, click Register to request registration instructions.
  1. Click your sign in name and select My Solutions.

  1. From your solutions list, click DOWNLOAD NOW for the desired Travelport Smartpoint version.

Tip! If Travelport Smartpoint is not displayed in your My Solutions list, your Travelport Smartpoint Administrator has not ordered this version.
